We are receiving a lot of complaints that certain fraudulent e-mails (also known as Phishing e-mails) being sent out to various individuals by an imposter or group of imposters who pretend to be genuine Human Resource employees of Volkswagen Finance India Private Limited / Volkswagen Group. These imposters allure aspiring individuals with job opportunities at Volkswagen and ask them to deposit a certain amount of money into a certain bank account as processing fee. Such Imposters are also wrongfully infringing upon the trademarks, trade names and logos of Volkswagen / Volkswagen Finance Private Limited. It is pertinent to mention here that these imposters send mails from a fake email id which is ( hr.india@vwfs.com ).

General Public is hereby requested not to react or respond to such emails as those have not been approved or sent by Volkswagen Finance Private Limited. We do not have a policy of recruiting employees through such means and under no circumstances do we ask aspiring candidates to deposit certain sums of money with us. Any such deposit made by any individual to such accounts (which are not maintained by Volkswagen Finance India Private Limited or Volkswagen Group) shall purely be at their own risk and Volkswagen Finance India Private Limited or the Volkswagen Group shall not be liable for any such amounts paid.

Hence, we once again request you not to act on any such emails and beware of such fraudulent imposters.
